This isn’t your typical yoga class. No matter your ability, mobility, size, shape, or age—you belong here.
Every class is thoughtfully designed with inclusion at its heart, so you can move in ways that feel right for you. Come as you are, and experience a space where you’re seen, valued, and part of the practice.
I believe yoga is for everyone, and I’m here to help you experience that for yourself. Yoga has been a steady support through life’s challenges, showing me how adaptable and transformative it can be.

Am I the Right Yoga Teacher for You?
A little about me: I grew up living with a challenging disability. I was born with Bilateral Talipes Equinovarus (clubfoot), spending my early years in plaster casts and undergoing multiple surgeries. By 30, I’d faced major surgery, relied on a walking stick, and managed chronic pain with medication. I then discovered a life-changing device that supports my ability to walk and inspires me to teach adaptive yoga—showing that movement is possible for bodies that might believe it’s not.
I also live in a larger body, so I understand firsthand what it can feel like not to see yourself reflected in movement spaces—or to feel like you don’t quite belong. That’s why I teach the way I do: creating classes where everybody feels included, seen, and valued, just as they are

Q? I can’t make it every week - Term sign up only, so you forgo the weeks you miss BUT you do get the class recording!
Q? Do I need to bring my own yoga gear? Yes, all will be explained in your welcome email

Jen always options I can do and it genuinely feels ok to take a different option - she makes you feel empowered and at ease doing so.
