I offer a variety of weekly classes, for ALL bodies, abilities & budgets!

ALL classes are:

  • Beginner & wheelchair friendly

  • Holistic Hatha Yoga - mantra, poses, breathing, meditating & relaxing

  • Welcoming for everyBODY - variations are always offered so ALL can take part

  • Inclusive, body-affirming for ALL body types, shapes, sizes, injuries, disabilities, ages & stages catered for!

  • Women-only (or those identifying as women and/or non-binary)

  • a space to learn how to practice yoga with kindness and compassion for yourself

  • a time to learn how to appreciate the body you were born in

  • infused with body peace guidance

BRIGHT VIBES Term 1 Classes 2025

Specialty Adaptive, Accessible Term Classes 2025

These classes are tailored for unique needs, chair & wheelchair Yoga focusing on accessibility, movement, and a supportive & welcoming environment.

Q? Does unlimited mean I can go to every class you offer? Yes for Bright VIBES Term classes only x 3 per week (specialty Adaptive classes are on a different booking system, see below)

Q? I want to do @ 2 classes/wk and might miss a few or do 3one week - 20classpass probs best for you

Q? I only want to do one class a week (eg: Sat morning in-person) - Great! Grab the x 10 class pass and book yourself in

Q? But I can’t make it every week - No probs, you can book casually (will open when Term 1 is confirmed with enough sign-ups)

Q? If I miss class, will there be a recording? YES! Absolutely, any class you book into, you have the recording forever.

Q? How do I get access to ALL the recordings? Sign up to the unlimited and you get it ALL!

Move It, Monday!

MONDAY’s 6 pm - 7.15 pm NZST

Online via Zoom

Ease into the week with Move It Monday—a yoga class that welcomes all bodies, designed to make you feel comfortable and empowered. This session combines gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and accessible movements, offering seated and standing options to fit your unique needs. It’s all about moving at your own pace in a space free of pressure or judgment.

Move It Monday is about finding joy in movement, building strength, balance, and confidence, and connecting with a community that values every individual journey.

Perfect if you’re looking for:

  • A relaxed introduction to yoga in a welcoming setting

  • A body-positive environment that encourages self-acceptance

  • A slower-paced class that honors your personal comfort

That class was delicious! Jen caters for every body, offering alternatives for all her movements. There is no pressure, no judgement - acceptance and love are what this gorgeous woman brings to her practice, encouraging her students to make it their own. I love this yogi - she’s my yogi! ❤️

Zen with Jen

WEDNESDAY’s 7 pm - 8 pm NZST

Online via Zoom

Unwind midweek with Zen with Jen—a calming, all-levels yoga class that nurtures your body and mind. This 60-minute session brings gentle movements, breath-focused exercises, and guided relaxation to help you release stress and restore balance. With both seated and standing options, you can enjoy a practice that meets you exactly where you are.

In Zen with Jen, experience a peaceful environment where you can connect with yourself and find tranquility, all while surrounded by a community that respects and values every journey.

Saturday Sparkle

SATURDAY’s 8 am - 9.15 am NZST

Online via Zoom and in Birkenhead, AK

Start your weekend with a boost at Saturday Sparkle—a joyful yoga class designed to energize and uplift! This 75-minute session blends light movement, breathing exercises, and relaxation, helping you connect with your inner sparkle. With seated and standing options, the class welcomes all bodies to explore movement comfortably and confidently.

In Saturday Sparkle, you’ll find an encouraging space to shine at your own pace, surrounded by a community that embraces every journey. Come for the energy, stay for the good vibes!

Specialty Adaptive Classes

Looking for a class tailored to your unique needs? Specialty Adaptive Classes are designed to provide personalized yoga experiences for every body and ability.

These sessions run outside the regular term structure and offer flexibility to accommodate your schedule and requirements.

Whether you’re managing specific mobility challenges, using a wheelchair, or looking for a more customized approach, these classes are here to support you.

Adaptive Seated

MONDAY’s 11 pm - 12 pm NZST

In-person only at AUT Akoranga, AK, NZ.

  • THIS is a VERY special & unique class!!

  • Adapted ACCESSIBLE holistic Hatha Yoga from a chair

  • We move, breathe, meditate & relax, cultivating mind/body connection

  • Develop meaningful changes in your posture, strength, breath awareness, balance, & resilience

  • You’ll get to practice YOUR version of Yoga at your own pace - no competing or judgment!

  • Fabulous supportive community environment :)

  • Suited for those who:

    • have reduced mobility, ill health, injury, Arthritis, Parkinson's, TBI, Stroke and aging bodies.

    • living with a disability - Spinal cord injury, MS, Cerebral Palsy

    • experience any other barrier that prevents you from attending a regular yoga class

Adaptive Seated & Standing

FRIDAY’s 10 am - 11.30 am NZST

In-person only at Glenfield Senior Citizens Hall, 7 Mayfield Road, Glenfield, Auckland, NZ

  • Chair - Wisdom Years Yoga!

  • An accessible dynamic class where we do a bit of everything!

  • Fantastic class for seniors or those wanting a bit more support & pose adaptions

  • Yoga poses, breathing, meditation & divine relaxation

  • We have chairs for use and come in and out of them - your choice how much you use your chair, I will guide you

  • Inclusive body-affirming class for ALL body types, shapes, sizes AND ages!

  • Infused with body peace and gratitude guidance

  • Accessible - beginner & wheelchair friendly

BOOKING:

Email Jen to book Friday Yoga - the booking system and pricing is different from all the other classes on the schedule

We go old-fashioned style and have actual concession cards that we click off!

Pricing:

Concession cards - commit and save - get a block of classes - your card gets held by me and will be clicked off whenever you come to class - like a bus ticket and has no expiry

$170 for 10 classes

$90 for 5 classes

$25 per class, pay as you go

I have been doing Jen’s classes for about 2 years now and they have been life-changing!. For someone with physical challenges, I feel too intimidated to go to any Yoga class. Jen always options I can do and it genuinely feels ok to take a different option - she makes you feel empowered and at ease doing so. On top of that my strength, flexibility & balance is up which makes life easier! Plus I love the community of ladies after gathering for a coffee and most special is Jen herself who is so positive, calm and welcoming - I wouldn’t miss my Friday Yoga for anything!
