Curvylicious Yoga for YOU!
Feel like your body is not right for Yoga?
I’m here to tell you IT IS and I warmly welcome you to this New Year Body Peace Super Class no matter what state, type or size your body is.
This is a great preparation for the 10 week term classes (starting Mon Feb 8th) either an intro to Curvylicious or Adaptive Yoga - or a refresher - or a deeper dive!
You will be guided into taking space & making space for your unique body & all it’s sacred stories.
You will be inspired to connect with and be guided towards body peace & kindness to self.
You will be led into finding joyful movement and empowerment in your body for 2021 through the tools of accessible, inclusive Yoga.
What else you will get from longer class:
connection to self and the message that you don’t have to change or be better or DO anything - just connect and enjoy, inspiring peace.
discover accessible, do-able Yoga poses
learn how to breath well - pranayama
explore simple, do-able meditation
experience deep relaxation - oh YES!!!
spend a little time on self reflection (journaling)
be guided to invite kindness and compassion for your body - stepping onto the body peace path
