Feel like your body is ‘not right’ for Yoga? Feel intimidated going to a Yoga class?
Can you relate to any of these reasons why you ‘think you can’t’ start or do Yoga:
You are:
feel too old, stiff, have aches and pains
in a wheelchair
living in a bigger curvylicious body
have issues with your ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, elbows, wrists
have an injury or disability
living with back pain, arthritis, sciatica, fibromyalgia, MS, Parkinsons or other ailments
If so, this session is FOR YOU to learn ways to adapt and the truth that you BELONG in the Yoga space!
You’re warmly invited to join this session to learn valuable practical tools to take to ANY Yoga session and practise Yoga YOUR Way!
We will cover creative adaptions and variations for these FIVE most common poses :
Childs pose
Downward Dog
Table top (hands on knees)
Sun Salutation flow
Seated cross legs
You will be given specific variations for these poses with guidance into enjoyable movement in your body, no matter where you are at.
The workshop will end with a delicious lying down guided meditation in a LUCIOUS LUXURIOUS Savasana, just for your body (OK make that 6 common poses that we look at lol!).
Here are some pics of a few different ways to do Downward Dog.......
If you can’t make the workshop live, don’t worry, be sure to still sign up and I will send you the recording.
